Order Processing

All items from Real Belonging are made to order. This allows us to offer more inclusive sizing, multiple product types, and community-minded production without overstock or waste.

  • Orders are typically produced within 2-7 business days.
  • Processing times may vary slightly during launches, holidays, or periods of high demand.
  • Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner. Most orders arrive within:

  • United States: Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days after processing, while Express delivery offers 2-3 business days for select products.
  • International: Shipping usually takes 10-30 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and their fulfillment locations.

Free shipping

  • Free shipping is available on qualifying apparel orders over $75 within the United States.
  • Free Shipping does not currently apply to items such as blankets, backpacks, mugs, stickers, or other specialty products which may ship from separate production locations.

Split Shipments

Because products may be fulfilled by different production partners, your order may arrive in multiple packages and on different days. You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Real Belonging is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If you need additional help, you're welcome to reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist.
